1.Q: How can I track my order?

A: To check the delivery status of your order, please visit the shipping carrier's website and input your tracking number. Your items will be shipped via FedEx. Click here to track your shipment via FedEx.

2.Q: How long will it take for my order to deliver?

A: store.crossfit.com offers free ground shipping for all items in your order. At checkout you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s). Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to completion of your order.

If you choose to expedite your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 3:00pm EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Rates are as follows:

  • Standard Ground: FREE   (4—7 business days)
  • Express Shipping: $12.00   (1—2 business days)
  • Overnight: $20.00   (normally 1—2 business days)
  • USPS Standard: $5.00   (USPS Standard for HI, AK, military and P.O. Box)

3.Q: How will I know if store.crossfit.com.com received my order?

A: Once an order you have placed has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. The confirmation will contain your order number, your shipping address, and the tracking number. The e-mail will be sent to the same e-mail address you used during the checkout process. Please remember to check your spam folder.

Return Policy

1.Q: What is the return policy for store.crossfit.com?

A: You may return your purchase within 30 days from receipt for a full refund. If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, store.crossfit.com cannot guarantee that the product refund request will be honored.

  • Merchandise may be refunded with a receipt and must be new or unused with box/tags attached at place of purchase
  • Purchase prices will be honored for all merchandise exchanges or refunds with a receipt
  • All merchandise purchased through the Buy One Get One Half Off will be exchanged or returned at the valued purchased. Price adjustments will be made for product not being returned within the promotion.

2.Q: Can I exchange my purchase for something else?

A: Unfortunately at this time store.crossfit.com does not accept online exchange requests. However, our customer service agents will be happy to assist with your return and place a new order over the phone.
