Self Service Returns

RETURNS ARE SIMPLE AND FREE!

Store.crossfit.com creates products that fit your lifestyle. Our goal is for you to be as passionate about your purchase as we are about our products. If that’s not the case, you can return your order for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund. If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, store.crossfit.com cannot guarantee that the product refund request will be honored. Clothing returns will only be accepted if the original clothing tags have not been removed.


Return by Mail

Return the item(s) using the directions found on our Returns Page


  1. 1. Prepare your packing slip

    1. a. Go to Self-Service Returns and sign is as a guest by entering your order number and zip code.
    2. b. Select the item(s) you want to return along with the reason for returning them.
    3. c. Print your shipping label.

  2. 2. Pack your return items along with the return detail slip (in the original box if possible). Attach the shipping label to the box covering up any previous delivery addresses or barcodes.

  3. 3. Drop your return shipment at any UPS Store or a UPS drop-off location.

Interested in exchanging an item? Simply return the item you don’t want and place an order for the replacement item via store.crossfit.com or call our Customer Service Representatives at: 1-855-585-7339 (M-F, 8am-8pm or Sat and Sun, 11am-7pm)


Next Steps

As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we’ll refund the purchase amount plus taxes to the original method of payment (credit card, prepaid gift card, or PayPal) used for the order. Please allow 30 business days for this refund to post to your account.


  1. • Credits are for merchandise only, shipping costs are not refundable

  2. store.crossfit.com is not able to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than store.crossfit.com. Please return the product to the retail location where it was purchased.

  3. • All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments
