Return Policy

CrossFit Store - Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your merchandise for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt. We accept returns for refund only, no exchanges. All refunds will be processed in the same manner as the order was paid.  Once we have received your return shipment please allow 14 business days for us to fully process your return.

Please Note: We do not accept international returns.  All international sales are final.

All returns should meet the following criteria:

  1. All returns must be accompanied with a receipt and be made with 30  days of purchase.
  2. All sales are final on clearance items.
  3. The CrossFit Store will not accept returns if:  The item has obviously been worn, smells of cologne, perfume, smoke or any other odor, if there are stains, holes, marks or other blemishes.
  4. No Shipping costs will be refunded for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to the warehouse/address listed in the return instructions. 
  5. The CrossFit Store is not responsible for any taxes, duties or importing fees on any international orders.

If you need to return an item purchased from the CrossFit Store, you must obtain an RA# (directions below):

  1. Email cfstore@reebok.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA#).
  2. In an email briefly describe issue and notify if it's a return or an exchange.
  3. Please pack all items being returned securely in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Print off this Return Form and write the (RA#) in the appropriate field.
  5. Attach the Return Label to the outside of the package that you are returning.

For your protection it is recommended that you use FedEx or a Insured Parcel Postal to return your shipment.  We also recommend that you obtain a tracking number when shipping back to your facility.
